I use 1. 2ohm pods for NicSalt liquids and the flavor is amazing. I already used more than 30ml of liquid and the flavor is still the same which means they also last long.

I bought 0. 8 ohms 3ml pods, and the flavor intensity is really good. As to how long they last I can't say since i use one only for one week and it is still good. I recommend the 0. 8 ohm pod because it has pretty good flavor intensity.
